CREATIVE AGING IN NYACK

We are CAN

We are a grassroots organization open to people 60 and older living in the 10960 zip code who want to lead vital, meaningful lives in our homes and community as we age. We share information and provide opportunities for social connections, volunteer services and support for our mutual benefit, so we may continue to learn, interact and contribute as we grow older.

Meeting Dates

June 27th our meeting topic will be Managing Stress as You Are. This will be a very interesting and productive meeting.

Keeping checking this space for more information!
"Older adults surpass younger adults on all measures, showing less stress, depression, worry, and anger, and more enjoyment, happiness, and satisfaction . . . .  People between sixty-five and seventy-nine years old report the highest levels of personal well-being, followed by those over eighty, and then those who are eighteen to twenty-one years old."
