The CAN Care Team in Medical Situations:
If you need supportive help following an injury or while recuperating after hospitalization, contact one of the CAN Care Coordinators to arrange for volunteers to help you with grocery shopping, other supports, and, as needed arrange for a certified driver to take you to medical appointments.
